Club Racing Rules & Driver Etiquette
Driver etiquette is extremely important. Respect for other racers keeps the racing competitive, clean, and enjoyable for everyone. By joining our lobbies, you agree to follow these rules:
Racing Conduct
- Always leave racing room for other drivers, especially in corners.
- If you cause another driver to spin, go off track, or lose position due to contact, you must give the position back.
- The only exception is if you were hit first and could not reasonably avoid the incident.
- Accidents happen, but repeated incidents may result in warnings.
Corner Entry & Overtaking
- Do not dive into corners unless you are completely certain the move can be made cleanly without contact or forcing another driver off track.
- “Bump-to-pass” moves are not allowed and will result in a warning.
Track Limits & Rejoining
- If you leave the track, you must regain control of your vehicle before re-entering.
- Slow down if necessary, maintain control, and safely hold your line when returning to the racing surface.
Straight-Line Conduct
- Intentionally forcing another driver off track on straights is strictly prohibited.
Lapped Traffic
- Lapped drivers must safely move over for faster/lapping vehicles as soon as possible.
- Do not intentionally hold up lead-lap cars.
Warnings & Penalties
- Any violation of these rules may result in a warning.
- Drivers who receive multiple warnings may be removed from racing for the remainder of the night.
- Intentionally wrecking another driver or arguing with admins regarding rules, etiquette, or event setup may result in immediate removal from the session.
- Repeated severe incidents may lead to a suspension or permanent ban from the club.
Race clean, respect others, and have fun.
